SSTO exists to close the homeownership gap for working families who have been historically underserved by traditional financial systems. We provide the tools, education, and one-on-one support needed to build lasting financial stability and achieve the dream of homeownership.

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sheila Greene
Sheila is the Founder and Executive Director of Self Sufficient Transparent Ownership (SSTO), established in 2026 to expand access to financial stability and homeownership for families across Minnesota. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, she brings deep expertise in budgeting, credit building, and long-term planning. Sheila created SSTO to provide families with transparent guidance, practical tools, and a clear pathway toward self-sufficiency and sustainable homeownership.
